Dear South Slope Families:
Thank you for a successful school year! This year wasn’t without its challenges, but we made it through, thanks to your support. We finished the year with many fun activities, many that we have missed over the last two years. From Sports Day, which was a HUGE success, our Potato Party, which was delicious, to our in-person grade 7 graduation, it has been great to see the smiles on everyone’s faces.
I want to wish you all a wonderful summer! Students return for just one hour (9:00am-10:00am) on Tuesday, September 6th. Full days begin on Wednesday, September 7th (reminder that Wednesdays are a short day and we dismiss at 2:02pm, and at 3:02 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays). Students will be returning to their previous classes for the week and can line up at the same locations they did this year.
To our new families, welcome to South Slope! We will help your child find their way on Tuesday, September 6th. Please meet at the flag pole by the front entrance and some staff will be there to meet your child.
